Did you stop to think about how British homes have evolved over the last five decades?
To mark Anglian Home Improvements celebrating 50 years in business, they prepared a study with some fascinating results, painting a portrait of just how much the way we use our homes has changed since the Swinging Sixties and identifying which home innovations of the last 50 years have changed our lives the most.
The survey revealed we predict our homes will become smarter and more energy-efficient over the next 50 years. Among the innovations we think will become top of homeowners’ wish lists are robot cleaners, fridges that automatically do the weekly shop, ‘smart walls’ to conserve energy and self-cleaning glass.
