I have to admit that after three months of a nearly complete absence of outdoor activities, I just want to stay outside, and I wish I could have a big garden to make the most of the rest of this summer now.
I am soon will be a new-mover prioritising outside space. According to Rightmove, potential new house owners are not looking for properties with big gardens and enough outdoor space to spend quality time wherever weather we may have in the following months.
Thinking about this, I started to research some outdoor ideas and projects to make the most of any size garden or outdoor space.

Hanging Chair
There is something about outdoor seats that make us feel like our garden has been transported to somewhere in the Mediterranean. We can enjoy the breeze; we can have a drink or two while watching the sunset. A luxurious hanging chair is the ultimate touch you can give to your garden.
A hanging chair can bring a bit of colour to your garden, at the same time it makes the space perfect for a comfy and relaxing time for two or more people.

Outdoor Fireplace
Summer in the UK, you know, always ends up a bit chilly during the evenings. But it doesn’t mean we can`t warm up our nights when spending quality time outdoors. Investing in an outdoor fireplace can be a stylish way of updating your garden too.
It can be rustic and contemporary. A firepit will make our summer nights more memorable and our patio a bit more elegant too.

Sheds & Summerhouses
I always wanted a shed to call it “summerhouse”. It’s not a storage room for tools and bits and bobs that you usually forget about it. A summerhouse in your garden is a project that can change our mood for good. Especially when you remember that changing spaces during the lockdown can be a boost of energy to anyone else.
The difference is that we don’t need to leave our garden to enjoy a different space in the house. All you need to do is invest in a nice interior décor and use a bit of creativity to make your shed a different home inside your home.
Stunning Hand Built Oak Buildings can make a perfect match when investing in a cosy garden room.

Garden pod
Here is it’s what I call of luxury outdoor project. Imagine having a rotating seater pod in the middle of your garden. It’s a perfect addition that gives you enough freedom to enjoy an outdoor patio wherever the weather.
It’s contemporary and it can work as a great shelter for meals outside or cosy studying space in a tranquil garden. Not to mention that pods are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
