I lost count on how many photos frames I have bought in the past. They are quite great at adding to our home decor. The idea is always to display some photos somewhere at home. But let’s be honest, we never really have space or time to display all of them.
I ended up having one or two photo frames, leaving most of my best photos on my computer. Leaving far from my family that lives in Brazil, made me want to share more photo memories with them not necessarily using social media.
For my luck, there is a much more interesting way of doing it. Creating a more exclusive and personal experience.
But to be honest, I didn’t know that a digital photo frame was already a reality, so it was a quite good surprise to be invited to review an Aura digital photo frame for the first time.

How do I set up my Aura Digital Frame?
The quite straightforward setup is what impressed me most about this digital frame. You just need to download the Aura Frames app, available on the App Store and Google Play, to get ready to share your photos in a few easy steps.
We don’t need to crop or resize photos, the Aura software displays photos side-by-side uploading the images to perfectly fit the frame.
My Aura Digital Frame Experience
I just went back from my latest holidays in Scotland, and I had lovely photos to share from the stunning Isle of Kerrera. It was a perfect way of sharing my holiday memories with family and friends in a quite practical way.
I remember postponing organising photos of the holiday before for lack of time to resize or upload them to my computer. With the digital display, it was all available in a quite easy and fast way.
Its brightness is automatically adjusted to match the light levels, and we can delete photos anytime we want. The photos are also presented in a quite great resolution.
The interactive frame looks quite good displayed in any space of your home and it can also be used as a decoration piece on special occasions such as a Christmas party, wedding, or birthdays. Plus, its sleek and minimalist design makes this digital frame a gorgeous present for family and friends.
I do understand it’s not quite an affordable digital photo frame, but if we put on paper all the features and advantages of having a digital frame, it certainly makes this product quite good value for the money. In addition, it’s an eco-friendly product, since you probably will save paper when not printing your photos anymore.
*I received the product complimentary from Aura Frames for testing purposes, but all thoughts and opinions are our own.
