Creamy Chicken Breast with Sweetcorn Sauce

Chicken Fillet with Corn Cream is a very common recipe that can be made in many different ways. This time I made a very practical version of it. In a quite popular Brazilian way of cooking. It tastes delicious and you can always complement it with some vegetables. I used broccoli at this time.

Creamy Chicken Breast with Sweetcorn Sauce

Are you upgrading your chicken recipes? The combination of chicken meat with corn cream is simply sensational. Success at lunches and dinners, this duo conquers everyone's palate and surprises with its practicality and versatility.

  • 600 g skinless and boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 4 units shallot onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • spring onion
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 garlic
  • 100 ml milk ( optional)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g parmesan


  • Sauté the chicken in a frying pan with the garlic paste, two onions and olive oil.
  • At the same pan, prepare the cream of corn by sautéing the garlic, two onions. Then add the corn, milk and the whipped cream
  • Blend it all for about five minutes
  • Combine the cream with the chicken and spread parmesan before going to a 180 degrees on the oven for about 25 minutes
